Coya Dubai announces continued Art, Music and Culture to their well-rounded venue

Originating from the 18th century, Members’ Clubs have graced the British Empire for many years, bringing people a place to relax, mingle and forget their woes – a space in the 21st century which has become so loved to city dwellers. In a city like Dubai, where daily life is accelerating at 100 miles per hour, it comes as a shock that an old school members club is yet to appear out on the streets. Coya Dubai has been one of the first to break this boundary, introducing the exclusive Private Members’ Club to the Dubai socialite. Offering a cosy yet trendy space where guests can retire after a long day for a drink or even facilitate a business meeting or dinner, encouraging guests to recline in the drawing room or take in some fresh air on the evergreen terrace whilst delving into tender chunks of ceviche or some tasty tenderloin. Additionally, every member will also be granted with a Latin American inspired gold embellished locker, accompanied by a key allowing bottle storage for each affiliate allowing them to pop in for their favourite tipple at their leisure or settle in for a night of food, beverage and fun.  

Not only a place to indulge in all things scrumptious, Coya’s Members’ Club also offers an array of art, music, and culture, all inspired by the brand’s Latin American roots. Kick back to the laid back sounds of saxophone player, or take in the big voice of the Colombian singing beauty, who will now be a steady feature in the club four times a week. With the month of March already in full swing and with artist Antonio Segui’s art exhibit fast approaching, we look forward to April with the arrival of the talented Sandra Eleta, who will be continuing the art education in the members’ club. With a private view set for the 2nd April all members can expect a month of true Peruvian photography with the arrival of this gifted artist.  

Straight from the heart of Central American, the born and bred Panamanian studied at the International Center of Photography before teaching at National University of Costa Rica. Sandra’s skill is portraying realities, something she has been honing for many years now. The people that she has captured have become extemporal and atmospheric portraits, and in an attempt to keep her own personality hidden, she uses the camera to extract the reality and persona of others.  

With many more private exhibitions, musical treats and other interactive experiences, including master classes and private views, this is a place where members can relax with an expertly poured Pisco in an intimate yet friendly space, surrounded by magnificent artwork whilst indulging on exquisite dishes in a beautifully designed room – a place that accommodates men and woman’s every needs, secrets and soirees.
